The proposed school impact fee is at 100% increase - with no proven extraordinary circumstances - as required by law to raise impact fees over 50%.
Below the BoCC notice, you'll see the infographic showing the economic effect on our community from the School District staff refusing to accept or write concurrency. Instead they are illegally halting developments already in the approval process, trying to get the highest dollar from them. The law is quite clear on that being a big "no no".
